Quality and Environment

Rowes customers expect a high quality product and service. To ensure this is maintained Rowes are ISO 9001:2015 certified and our Quality Management System is audited annually by BSI (British Standards Institute).

All gauges and test equipment are managed on site using our bespoke calibration software and Mititoyo trained technician. Calibration of all gauges is traceable back to UKAS certification.

Ppap & VDA Submissions

Many of Rowes customers require Ppap or VDA submissions with their orders. Rowes Quality department can provide full Ppap level 3 and VDA submissions, together with test reports and IMDS information where required.

Environment

Rowes manufacturing processes are integrated with various green initiatives to minimise the impact on the environment.

Recycling of packaging is common throughout modern production facilities. Rowes have also invested in a Steimel Swarf Processing unit, which crushes the swarf and separates any waste oil suspended within the swarf so it can be reused.

Spillages or waste fluids are processed using our Aqua-Save recycling unit in order to maximise waste water reuse whilst minimising off-site disposal costs.
