CNC Turning
A range of fixed and sliding head, multi axis CNC turning centres including Star, Nakamura and Miyano machines. Maximum turning diameter of 250mm and through bore capacity of 65mm.

CNC Milling & Drilling
7x Fanuc Robodrill CNC drilling and milling centres, together with 4th axis capability offer a machining solution to both small and large batches. Volume components can be produced very competitively on the multi spindle machines with any subsequent drilling and milling operations completed on the Robodrills.
Cold formed parts or forgings can also be machined to customer requirements. Maximum turning diameter of 250mm and through bore capacity of 65mm.

Wickman 6 spindle machines offer an extremely competitive machining solution for medium to high volume turned parts. We have the following plant:
