Product Coatings and treatments play a key role in Rowes service to our customers, enabling us to supply a finished component that meets with the high demands of industry.

Electro- Plating

Rowes recognise this crucial process stage to enhance corrosion resistance and for aesthetic improvements, and rely upon the skills and capabilities of its group partner's PLATING TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED (PTL), a company established in year 2000, with reputation built on quality and service to it's customers.

PTL has two purpose designed automatic jig processing lines, fully automatic and programmable. Automatic processes include the very latest Zinc Nickel and Zinc Iron coatings; high performance latest Automotive coatings including Trivalent CrVi Free Passivations.

Products are coated for the most demanding companies including Volkswagen, Jaguar Land Rover, Ford, Peugeot and Renault as well as non automotive sectors.

PTL does not just cater for the volume market, they also offer 'coating solutions' to customers requiring a broad range of processes in small and medium batch sizes including Zinc, Chrome, Nickel and electroless Nickel.

Heat Treatment, Phosphating, Anodising and Thread Patching

Rowes have established an approved supplier database with a wide range of expertise in post-machining treatments such as Heat Treatment, Phosphating, Anodising and Thread Patching.

Many of these suppliers are already recognised by the OEM’s and can provide the high level of quality service that is expected by our customers.

Rowes can ensure any post-machining treatments are carried out to the clients’ specification, ensuring traceability is maintained and certification documents provided when required.
